Parrish is conveniently located between Tampa Bay and Sarasota on Florida's west coast and just at the southern end of I-275 and Tampa Bay's Skyway Bridge. Parrish provides an easy, pedictable commute to several SW Florida cities, inclusive of Tampa, Brandon, St Petersburg, Bradenton, Sarasota and Venice.  Parrish is home to the Florida Railroad Museum and is situated on the north side of the Manatee River, a predominately rural area of Manatee County but with all the amenities of larger Florida city and still within 40 minutes to sandy white beaches.

Parrish continues to enjoy rapid growth and within the past few years residents have witnessed the emergence of new grocery stores, new school, new post office, several new restaurants and numerous retail businesses.
